Pros: The car amazingly was dirty and with many scratches. They appointed one scratch that already exists which I can prove with the photo I took. I used the drop-of-key box and now they don't answer the phone. It's been a really awful experience!

Pros: It was fairly easy to book and schedule. I made a mistake in the pickup time and tried to ask to pick up 4 hours later but the website said to contact them. The return email said they'd respond in 4 to 5 business days. However, I only had 15 minutes before I couldn't change the rental, so I cancelled and had to make a new rental. For some reason, the car i cancelled was no longer available. Fortunately, another one was available for only a slightly increased price

Cons: It took a long time to check out due to only one person checking out and a large group in front of me.

Pros: nothing at all as we ended up not renting the car, because of rudeness and payment problems which we found no understanding for because of our lateness and then we solved this problem, a couple of ours later. Or we expected was a little understanding and empathy.

Cons: Everything.. We are really not people who would post a bad review, but this was the worst service one can imagine, and so contrary to what we have experienced in Italy in the past. We are a family with three small children and the attendant was literally trying to throw us out of the office, pushing the papers at us and telling us to leave because he was in a hurry to leave. He even started putting the shutter down when we refused to leave until he gave us what we had booked.

Cons: When I returned the car. The receiver tried to get extra money because there was minor dust in the bottom of the car. It is normal when you use a car that it needs a vacuum cleaning. If they wanted an easier job they could stop removing the mats in the bottom of the car.....

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

During winter season (from 15.11. until 15.04.) Snow chains are included in price.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04 in the following regions: South Tyrol.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
