Pros: Overall, we're satisfied with these car rental services. The pickup and drop-off were pretty easy and quick, and the guys who work there were very professional. The car was in good condition. There were some very useful extras, apart from the automatic transmission, like Android Auto, lane sensors, and sensors that switch from high to low beams when there's a car in front.

Cons: The volume button didn't work well, and it was hard to tune the volume, which I believe will be fixed after our feedback. The windshield was a bit cracked. Also, I felt the brakes a bit worn out.

Pros: I had a very good experience with the company in Yerevan. The team managed my car professionally—punctual, clear communication, and trustworthy. The service was efficient and the price reasonable; I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care.

Cons: One caveat: the Nissan Kicks lacked the power I expected for the price—my first booked car performed much better in that regard.

Pros: We got better car to terrain than we ordered. The first and last one positive.

Cons: Car has bad brakes, bad automatic gearbox. When we dropped it off, the agent was very arrogant, disabled us to wash a car (drop off was in a car wash, we didn't have time to washed it before and didn't want to come late) and washed it himself for the absurd price. Never again.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Limited mileage, First additional driver, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 250.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax).
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.12 to 01.03.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
