The car I received wasn’t in good condition in terms performance, and I personally felt the staff were not very professional.

Pros: dropping off was very efficient and easy.

Cons: although i asked for a 4x4 car i didn’t receive one. the agent didn’t care. all he to say is: this is the car we have and if you don’t like you can cancel the order and make a new one. very disappointing. i will never work again with this company

Pros: The agents are always available via whatsapp and it is easy to communicate with them. The car was a higher model than booked

Cons: The agent who delivered the car to us advised us that if the car was returned dirty we would have to pay for its cleaning (the equivalent of 12-13 euros), but this is not written in the contract. The car did not have a spare wheel and a can to be used in the event of a puncture; the wipers needed changing (and in Armenia it rains practically every day); The car kept warning that it hadn't been serviced.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 560.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name.
Deposit and deductible policy
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, Eurocard, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The following payment methods are accepted: Visa Electron, Cash, Diners, Debit cards, Eurocard, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following country: Georgia.
Written permission from the rental company is required.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following countries: Iran, Turkey.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains, Winter tires, Wi-Fi, Cross border fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.12 to 01.03.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 120 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
