Cons: At collection I had to meet the agent at a remote location which was confusing the car was taken to be cleaned without so much as a hello leading me actually worry I had been conned and given the car keys to the wrong person. Call to the office and told to wait for another representative who would be along in 15 minutes. At collection outside a random hotel we had to wait an hour longer than expected - nobody knew what was going on until the rep turned up with the car keys.

Pros: Very friendly representative
Cons: Very poor communication, turned up late at collection and zero communication upon handing the car back, cleaner arrived and took car and just left. Very confusing, no communication as to what was happening and not great customer service.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Minivan a driver license valid for at least 4 years is required.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa Electron, Cash, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
If the customer wishes to use Visa Electron, Cash, Visa debit card, MasterCard debit card, he/she will be required to purchase Super Insurance.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
