Pros: I would definitely recommend them. It was an easy booking process online and when we arrived in Crete, we walked a short walk to the office to pick up the car which was ready for us. He even upgraded us when he saw how much luggage we had. He allowed us to drop it off at the airport for a fee but it was convenient for us. Nice car too! The gentlemen in the office were so amazing to work with.
