Pros: They found us another car in the end.
Cons: They tried to make us take a much smaller car than we ordered. Only by us refusing to take the car, did they do anything about it.

Cons: Car was full of bird droppings and interior was not cleaned. Previous hirers face masks were in glove compartment. Windscreen needs to be polished to prevent streaking during wiper operation

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2030.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
The International Driving permit must be a physical one; a digital version will not be accepted.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
