Cons: Edinburgh Alamo is scammer’s establishment when we were there for returning the car he started inspecting with flashlight for minor you can say minute damages on car not visible by naked eye then he decided to charge us for £250 for a minute scratch on rear tire that was possibly there at the time of pick up as nobody checks the car with microscopic devices and I paid for E Class Mercedes and got C class that’s a downgrade and they argued that it’s the same Class of car that too not clean

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2030.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
The International Driving permit must be a physical one; a digital version will not be accepted.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
