TERMINAL 1 (T1): From the baggage claim area go to customs. The counter is located on the left of the passenger exit. Please proceed to the counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys. TERMINAL 2 (T2): Once baggage claim and customs is finished, exit T2 through gate 18. Walk to the shuttle bus area and aboard the shuttle identified with our brands name. It will take you to T1. Please walk to the Rental car area, and proceed to the Alamo counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys. From the baggage claim area go to customs. Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented. A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
