Pros: The price was great, the agency easy to find, just out od Eindhoven airport. The price with discovercars corresponded to the price there. The parking close and easy to find.
Cons: They did not state in the information that the credit card needed to have expiry date 3+ months long after the end of the rental period, our had 2 months validity and was not accepted (while it was accepted with no problem by other agencies), independently from having all other requirements, even international driving licence. So in the end e could not take the car.

Pros: - All reasonably straightforward. - No waiting at all - Got an upgrade to a nice car. - Drop off was very easy as there was an agent in the car park
Cons: - I booked the car and I am the organiser/navigator. My wife is the driver. Why does the credit card have to be in the driver's name? - They made us sign a paper that smoking is strictly prohibited, yet gave us a car smelling of smoke. - To reduce pickup time (light touch), I was sent an online form to fill in prior to pickup. None of that information was available to the agent.

Mileage policy
For all customers, except local renters the mileage is unlimited.
For local renters mileage is limited to 200 km per day.
For rentals of 28 days or more, mileage is limited to 108 km per day. Each additional km will cost an additional 0.17 EUR to 0.27 EUR, depending on the car group.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
