Cons: They did not state in the information that the credit card needed to have expiry date 3+ months long after the end of the rental period, our had 2 months validity and was not accepted (while it was accepted with no problem by other agencies), independently from having all other requirements, even international driving licence. So in the end e could not take the car.

Cons: - I booked the car and I am the organiser/navigator. My wife is the driver. Why does the credit card have to be in the driver's name? - They made us sign a paper that smoking is strictly prohibited, yet gave us a car smelling of smoke. - To reduce pickup time (light touch), I was sent an online form to fill in prior to pickup. None of that information was available to the agent.

Cons: Everything went wrong!!! As soon as we got out of the airplane I phoned the agend to find the office The agent wasn’t answering the phone. After asking people we found the office. When we went there the rude employee of alamo said that she can not give me the car in the price we had dealed beacause my credit card was going to expire after one month. I told her that when they took the deposit nobody told me that, and that it was their obligation to tell me that information before accepting.

Pros: They couldn't give me the ordered car (Kia Rio) and I got a brand new Volvo V40 for same price. It was a good surprise and a very good car.

Cons: The lady at the service desk and me recognized a small colour demage on the front bumper when I dropped off the car. I didn't get any call or mail from Alamo-Enterprise demage-department although they promised it and 13 days passed. They didn't send me an account and they didn't send back any money from the blocked deposit. The deposit was EUR 1.166, the total rental cost EUR 416, it means they charged for the fixing of the colour EUR 750. It is impossible.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Mileage policy
For all customers, except local renters the mileage is unlimited.
For local renters mileage is limited to 200 km per day.
For rentals of 28 days or more, mileage is limited to 108 km per day. Each additional km will cost an additional 0.17 EUR to 0.27 EUR, depending on the car group.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Moving the car from one island to another is forbidden.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, San Marino.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Netherlands.
The use of snow chains is not allowed on public roads.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is not available.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 30 minutes.
