Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: No car available on day 1. More than three hours wasted on day 1. Extreme slowness by staff on day 1, despite a significant queue building up. I doubt anybody got their car at the actual start time of their booking. Same slowness again on day 2 when I finally got my car. Took at least an hour before I was able to drive away, adding to my delays. Dropping the car off was also incredibly slow, despite no issues at all. Really wonder how the company works at all.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 20 EUR will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
