Pros: Nothing

Cons: Charged me 50 euros for arriving 15min after closing time, could have reduced the fee or dropped it. Gave me a car full of damage then when i returned it charged me 10 euros because it was dirty. Told me I signed the contract that said I had to return the car clean which I wasn’t told during pick up and never in my life have I washed a rental car. Avoid at all cost, they lure you in with lower prices than other companies then give you a damaged car and make up extra charges on arrival and depart

Cons: Rental price vs quality. In general are all rental cars overpriced related to their real value of the car itself. A Dacia Logan of more than 5 years old and where everything need to be handled manually like opening windows, doors, no airco, … In the summer I received the same car with triple of the current rental price. Very sad to see from our own Muslim brothers those quick gain practice’s that aren’t representing the value of the care. In EU you get a luxurious car and pay a small amount

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1105.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card.

Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 90 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
