Pros: The return was efficient.
Cons: As noted above, the outside of the car was really dirty. It was not washed. The key fob battery was dead. The warning light for low tire pressure was on. The guy added air and told me that it should go away after a block or two; it did not.
Pros: Very quick/easy
Pros: Unfortunately my experience was a very bad one. After waiting for a very long time to be seen by the representative, i was not get a car, as i was told there was no car. The customer service representative told me that other renters were to bring in their vehicle rented, but even after waiting until 7pm there was no vehicle.
Cons: Car Toll package very expensive in relation to other providers. They also charge a $25 fee per toll administrative fee of you do not take their car toll package which is outrageous.. I had no choice but to sign up for their package since if I did not the total fee with the $25 per toll would be outrageous. This policy is not customer friendly and I think it's going to get them in trouble eventually if some attorney decides that a class action lawsuit would be a good idea ...
