Pros: Nothing. The provider did not have any cars when I got there and I had to go to a different provider and take a last minute rental
Cons: Awful service. Worst ever. Will never rent ace again or discover cars.
Pros: Had to take a shuttle and then another shuttle which was time consuming. Couldn’t pull up internet for insurance info and felt rushed and almost taken advantage of.
Cons: Had to deal with a smaller than agreed upon car and argue to get a comparable size to even fit our luggage and car seat and stroller. Manager could not be reached . Had to text a number and no response. Had to challenge charge on credit card.
Pros: They didn't provide a shuttle to the airport but provided another driver for a fee.
Cons: Agent in San Diego insisted we owed more money, it was getting late and we wanted to be on the road. The car was prepaid and when I spoke with Discover central res.after the fact I was told it we should not have been charged more. We"re still trying to get our over payment back.
Cons: I never got a car despite pre-paying for one!
Cons: In San Diego Ca some rental places have a policy that if you are a “local” the car can only go so far even tho the contract says “unlimited miles” I’ve been told it is some where on the website I have yet to find it. Plus they also require 2 forms of Id 2 credit cards and proof of address. I get not being able to cross out of California but the car I rented was unlimited miles. I read the voucher it doesn’t say any I need all of those things not does it say it can’t leave Southern California.
