Pros: There was little to nothing I liked about the service provided by ACE Rent a Car.

Cons: Facility was old and not well maintained. No rest facilities! Wait to rent was too long. Rental process was too complicated, which added to the wait time.Rental car did not have a full tank of gas.

Pros: The agents at the desk were good. The car was clean and the price was fine.

Cons: The online directions to get to the rental office were just wrong! It took us one hour and a few phone calls to sort it out. Also, after returning the car, I had to wait more than half an hour in 99 degree weather in a sweat box of a waiting room before the shuttle arrived. Please have that room air conditioned and have your shuttles running more frequently. As mentioned, the staff were professional and apologized for the inconveniences. But the company must improve to get my business back.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Wrong instructions to find the pickup location. Took over an hour to get to the counter. Was then charged a $100 drop fee even though I already pre-paid the drop fee. Had to wait on hold for 30 minutes to get it corrected. Felt like a scam. Terrible customer service. Takes 5x longer to pickup and drop off car than a regular car rental service. Everyone working there seems like they would rather be doing anything other than helping you.

Cons: They made us pay for insurance even if we had full coverage because they made an excuse they couldn’t contact if insurance to verify because it was Saturday and our insurance office is closed even though I had the card present. The car also overheated on the way back. The car is not properly maintained. The whole experience was terrible and scaty

Cons: They never answered the phone for shuttle service and then left us stranded at the airport needing to find another car rental at 10 pm.

Pros: Nothing, I paid for the voucher and full coverage. after a long day of delayed flights i got to the car rental place 1 hour before it closed. They said that they don't accept discovercars "full coverage" and i would need to pay more for their accepted coverage AND they said i need a proof of my insurance. None of this was explained and what i paid for wasn't even helpful at all. I ended up not being able to get a vehicle because discover cars cost said around$350, and it was actualy $750

An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): USA.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), proof of liability insurance.

Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
Insurance
USA residents must use their own Third Party Liability and Collision Damage Waiver insurance policies.
The renter must provide proof of the following insurance policy(ies): Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Third Party Liability (TPL), valid in the following country(ies): USA for the duration of the rental.
In case the customer does not have one of the insurances, mentioned above, the customer will need to purchase insurance at the counter.
If no insurance option is chosen, the renter is responsible for the full value of the vehicle, passenger liability, and third party liability.
Deposit and deductible policy

Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following country: Canada.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
