Pros: I received the car in poor condition, with multiple areas of damage on the exterior and interior. One of the seats was also broken. In addition, the company you referred me to charged an extra $125 for an additional driver without informing me of this fee upfront. Had I known about this charge, I would not have added an additional driver. I'm not going to use your services anymore.

Cons: We had a problem with a tire that leaked air. Air was added immediately upon pick up. Air leaked again when we went into the Hawaiian mountains. Thankfully we were able to get back down with low air pressure. We had to return to Ace the very next morning to exchange another car. The agent would not listen to our problem. Words were exchanged. She wanted to charge us for a tire, then she wanted to cancel our contract. Thank God we didn’t get into an accident or worse.

Cons: 1) The wait was 1 hour before the shuttle arrived to pick up at the airport. I placed the call to ACE to inform our on-time arrival arrival as instructed. They said it should be a 15 minute wait. 2) It took me one hour wait to check out a simple car. It looks like it happened to all customers who were there, I was not an exception on that particular day. I noticed the same room full of people waiting to get their cars when I returned the car on my departure. 3) Wait one hour for a ride to the ai

Pros: Customer service was horrible. We put 29 miles on the car. It spent 4days in an underground parking near the resort engineering office and pool maintenance locker. After sitting there when I went to start it to leave the resort, the fuel gauge said EMPTY. The service manager alleged that the fuel line has been cut. Three people looked over the car and NO CUT FUEL LINE. AAA put enough gas in the car for it to register but the car would not start after 10 minutes of cranking the engine.

Cons: Only one person to help customers with another agent on an iPad offsite. Upsell on insurance and car upgrade. The vehicle had no water for cleaning the windshield. Interior was dirty. The air conditioning was either full cold or heat with no setting in between.

Cons: Wasted more than an hour at the pick up counter. They didnt have the vehicle class I reserved the rental for. I booked intermediate SUV. They kept saying they dont have vehicle available. While at the same time, some other family who had no reservation booked SUV on the spot, probably at a much last minute higher rate, and they gave an SUV to them. This was bizarre. They gave me a mini SUV and hardly gave any discount for price difference. I will never use their service ever again.

Cons: 1. Car was hands down in the worst shape of any care I've ever rented in 30+ years of renting cars. 2. Process of checking in took a while. 3. When returning the car, they don't provide a receipt. It's more like "we'll send you something", which is a little sketchy. 4. Even though I fully paid in advance and the voucher said I owed nothing, they still said I owed them around $13. I said no. They said they'd take care of it, but have not. Don't use Ace!

Cons: I prepaid IN FULL. Fight was delayed by the airline. You had my flight info. I tried to call you did not answer. I finally reached you and let you know I was going be delayed due to airline. Your shuttle was also late in picking us up. When arrived, we were told that we were late and my pre-paid car was not available and I had to pay another $220 for an "upgrade" with no other choice. After 8 hours of travel and delays with exhausted family this was extortion & a hostage situation. HORRIBLE

Cons: They were unable to provide the car similar to what I reserved. When I asked for a refund in the difference of the price, approximately $50 reflected on their website, it was refused and I was told that it was actually an upgrade which was impossible because the website showed it was a cheaper car. While at the front desk I showed them that the car they claimed would be an upgrade was actually the same price as what I reserved , I was told there was nothing they could do.

Cons: Second rental car we had was starting to show some wear and tear. Seat belts didn't tighten, older features that just stood out much more as being dated after having the Voyager. Initial check in for first rental took us over an hour with the lines.

Pros: 1. Very clear instructions on where to find the shuttle. AND the shuttle was there when we arrived. 2. Quick in and out at the rental desk. 3. Nissan Altima was in excellent condition. 4. Return was quick and attendant found and returned an item we accidentally left in the car. 5. Online communication was timely and effective. 6. First time ever to rent a car with built-in GPS at no extra cost.

Cons: 1. discovered a warning light (Gas cap loose) which had probably been caused when the last person to gas up the car had caught part of the cap attachment cable in the threads while screwing the cap back on. 2. We were switched from a mid sized to a full sized, so it cast us a little more for gas and was a little less easy to park (but I didn't ask for the mid sized instead when we picked it up). 3. We could have used a guide to the Nissan Altima GPS. It was different from any we used before.

Cons: The airport pickup was a bit chaotic. There’s no clear order of who’s in line first. We got crowded out and missed the first van. Then on the next van we were first in line and people were pushing their way past us. There should be some kind of order so people don’t get into a fight.
