Cons: We waited in line for an hour and a half in order to told where to go, then we spent another 20 minutes trying to leave the garage only to be turned around because our car needed to be serviced. When we asked if we could get the car and skip the line, we were simply told that they would try their best to get the line moving. I understand that they might have been short staffed but it wasn’t a pleasant experience. As well, the website gave me the Canadian rate but it ended up being more expensive

Cons: The price was deceiving. When I completed our online rental, it suggested a certain car for our family of 5 with luggage and the price seemed very reasonable. But once we arrived to pick up the vehicle, they suggested that the car would not be large enough and that it would cost us double. That’s a really big surprise expense to have while your on vacation. Also, the interior of the vehicle was filthy, with garbage left by the previous renters, a bandaid, used q-tip, toothpick and old food.

Rate includes
Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax, Customer Facility Charge (CFC).
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be held on the customer's credit card.
At the time of pick up customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
