Pros: Easy to check-in. Row of cars to pick from (about 7-8 of basically the same car)
Cons: Cars to pick from were all the same. A lot of the cars looked well used - dents, scratches, dirty.

Cons: Had to Queue over an hour to get the car airport. Resented having to pay additional cost for delayed pick-up
Pros: Nothing! Rental process took over 45 minutes as we waited in line with no where to sit down (we're in our 70's). Then after finishing at the counter, we were directed to the garage to pick up our car. THERE WERE NO CARS! We waited over an hour for a vehicle to come back, get cleaned and be turned over to us. At least 25 other couples were in the same situation. No reason why cars shouldn't have been there when they knew all these people had booked ahead of time and were coming in.
Cons: See previous comments. Plus, no one seemed to care that so many people had to wait for so long for cars to show up for rental. Would not use Thrifty again! And Discovercars needs to be on top of these issues.
Cons: The total time spent in picking up my car, including the line to check in and waiting for the car thereafter, was over 2 hours! The Thrifty employee was extremely arrogant and rude to me and was arguing with me over the insurance issue for over 10 minutes.
Pros: Absolutely nothing. A
Cons: They did not have cars available for people who had paid for them. Hundreds of people waiting for hours in the parking garage. A total scam.

An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
The option to prepay tolls is available for 9.99 USD to 27.99 USD per day depending on the travel area.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.

Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
