Our free JUCY shuttle can collect customers from either the Christchurch Airport Domestic or International terminal. The shuttle loops every 30 minutes and takes about 15 minutes to get to the JUCY Customer Centre. After you have collected your luggage, please call on 006433580183 to notify that you are ready to be picked up. Head outside Door 1 for Shuttle Collection. The Shuttle Bus name is Airpark Canterbury. (Please make sure you let the driver know you are picking the car from AutoUnion Car Rental at Parking Island.) You may also come directly to the office to pick up the car. Online check-in is mandatory for after-hours pickups. If you need to be picked up from the airport, just request a shuttle through the GO App https://www.gorentals.co.nz/app or give a call when you’re ready to be collected. After collecting your baggage, exit through security and turn right. Then turn left at the escalator following the sign for the Check-in Hall. Continue to the end of the hall to the Regional Terminal. Exit through Door 2 on your left. The collection point is straight ahead (5 metres). Wait here for bright pink GO Rentals shuttle to collect you. After hour pick up instructions: You must have completed your check-in process at least 24 hours before arrival through the GO App https://www.gorentals.co.nz/app If you're flying in, proceed to the International Arrivals Hall on the ground floor and the Enterprise Rent-A-Car counter is located beside the Spark counter near Door 8.

Check-in at www.moderentals.co.nz/check-in is recommended at least two hours before pick-up. If your pick-up is after-hours, check-in is mandatory at least two hours before end of business day. Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, please call us on (03) 595 1828 to order your shuttle. To meet your shuttle, head towards the domestic terminal and exit through Door 2 next to the Air New Zealand service desk. Our driver will meet you in the car rentals transfer area outside Door 2. There is a big “Air New Zealand” sign on the outside wall overlooking the pickup area.
