If you have already exited from the Arrival Gate (as opposed to the Departure Gates), please do not cross the Pedestrian. Proceed straight to the Departure Gates and look for the Transfer sign.

Upon collecting luggage at Queenstown Airport, please call the rental supplier at +64 800 00 11 10 or +64 21 0331 998 to request a shuttle pickup. The shuttle should arrive within 15 to 30 minutes. Follow airport signage to Zone C for the pick-up. Look for the white Mini Bus with the HVT logo.
