FROM T2 - (Jetstar/Virgin/Rex) exit T2 building to the left and proceed past the buses sign and cross the pedestrian crossing. Follow the sign to the Shuttles T2 and our shuttle service will arrive in bays 4 - 7.

FROM T2 - (Jetstar/Virgin/Rex) exit T2 building to the left and proceed past the buses sign and cross the pedestrian crossing. Follow the sign to the Shuttles T2 and our shuttle service will arrive in bays 4 - 7.

You will receive an SMS text 24 hours prior to your pickup time with an active link to the Shuttle requesting system. To order your Shuttle, click the link in your SMS after you have collected your bags or cleared customs if you are arriving Internationally. Shuttle bus drivers will respond to your request, and you can use the system to also get walking directions on how to get to the shuttle collection point. Exit the terminal (T2) and immediately turn left.
Walk to the end of the road and look for a grey staircase and blue sign (which says Qantas 300m).
Please wait in that area (T2 shuttle area) and look for the blue Park on King shuttle and let the driver know that you are going to Alpha.
Please be aware in peak times a wait of up to 25 minutes may be expected.

On the arrivals level, walk out of the main doors, turn left from T2 (turn right from T3) and walk across the pedestrian crossing, toward the area marked T2 Shuttle Buses. Wait at Bay 5 (marked on the footpath) for the blue 'Park on King' Shuttle Van. Please allow approximately 10 minutes for the bus to arrive at Sydney Airport to collect you.
