Working hours Pick-up instruction (Between 08:00 am – 06:00 pm): 1. Please ensure that you are at the Christchurch airport & have cleared customs & security before requesting the shuttle. Once you have collected your luggage, please call 0064 21 769 888 OR 0064 3 360 3113 and let Hao Rentals know that you're ready to be picked up by the shuttle. All After Hours Pick Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $50.00 (including airport transfer). If you do not have an After Hours Pick Up listed on your confirmation please contact Hao Rentals and Hao Rentals can add this to your booking. Once prearranged, when you arrive at Christchurch Airport you will need to contact Airpark Canterbury on 03 360 3113 / 0800 24 77 27. Christchurch Airport Arrival Once you have collected your luggage, please call +64 3 360 3113 and select option 1 for the Airpark Canterbury courtesy shuttle which will pick you up from the airport. There is an Airpark Canterbury freephone at door 7 of the airport if need. The shuttle collection area is located outside Door 1 of the airport terminal. The Airpark shuttle buses are red and white Mercedes Vans, they have large Airpark Canterbury stickers across them.
