Check-in is recommended at least two hours before pick-up and is mandatory at least 12 hours before closing time if the pick-up is after hours. For pick-up during business hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM): Once ready for pick-up, call +64 3420 2878 to order the shuttle. The shuttle is a white van with a YES RENTALS yellow label. For the Domestic terminal, wait outside Door 7 in front of Jetstar Departure. For the International terminal, after the customs security check, exit through Door 8, walk across the pedestrian crossing, and follow the sign for “Off-site Shuttle Transfers” to the shuttle waiting zone; this walk takes about 5-7 minutes. The shuttle will take about 15-20 minutes to reach the Yes Rentals depot. For off-hours pick-up (6:01 PM – 7:59 AM): If collecting the vehicle outside business hours, contact +64 92 800 470 in advance to arrange for pick-up. Once you are ready for pick up, please call us at 0064 3420 2878 to order your shuttle. The shuttle is a WHITE van, with EV HIRE yellow label on it. For the Domestic terminal, please wait outside Door 7, in front of Jetstar Departure.
