Ask the airport staff for the nearest pay phone), 03 343 6943 or 021 247 0346 and proceed to the nearest collection area for pickup. • Domestic & International arrivals - The pickup location is located downstairs on level 0. With the Air New Zealand check-in behind you, exit doors 1 or 2. Look out for the Hire Vehicle Transfer Shuttle and one of the staff will collect you. The Drive to the Branch where your vehicle is located is approximately 5 minutes. 1.It is recommended to check-in at least two hours before pickup, and is mandatory at least 12 hours before that day’s normal business hours closing time, if your pick-up is after hours. 2.Once you have collected your luggage and are ready for pick up, please exit through Door 2 at the Domestic Terminal, and waiting in the commercial shuttle transfers area and call us 0064 3420 2878 to request the Free Airport Shuttle Transfer Bus to the rental desk. NU Car Rentals service is provided in cooperation with Allans Rental Cars in Christchurch, NZ. Upon arrival and when you exit Customs, please call plus 64 21 417556 and we will direct you to the pick up point located 5 meters outside Terminal Door 1. outside terminal Door 1. Your may also arrange for pick up anywhere in the city. Just call with the name and address of your hotel and we will send the shuttle to pick you up.

After you have collected your luggage, please pick up the Airpark Canterbury freephone and dial M1 (transfer to 2 Parking Island) OR call directly on +64 3 358 0183 to notify that you are ready. (International Terminal) Head outside Door 1 for Shuttle Collection. Our Shuttle Bus name is Airpark Canterbury. (Please make sure you let the driver know you are picking the car from Discount Car Rentals at Parking Island.) You can also come directly to the office to pick up the car.

EZU is just 5 minutes from the airport and offers a free shuttle service. DOMESTIC TERMINAL (8:00am - 6:00pm): Upon arrival, please make your way to Door 1 and call EZU Car Rentals at +64 21 043 8288 for shuttle pick-up. Look out for a shuttle bus with the EZU logo. After-hours: Online check-in is mandatory for after-hours pick-up and must be completed at least 48 hours prior. EZU partners with Airpark Canterbury. After collecting your baggage, head to Door/Exit 9 at the International Arrivals end of the terminal. Dial 25 on the Free Phone mounted on a pillar next to Door/Exit 9. When ready for pick-up, please call Airpark Canterbury at +64 3 360 3113 and follow their guidance.
