Body works refund
While booking there insurance, they explicitly show what is covered and what is not covered by the insurance package. Although it is important to note that they don't cover collision damage waiver(CDW) or liability coverage with either or both going to be charged by the car rental service. I had a scratch on the body of the rental vehicle for which I was charged upon return by the rental company. I sent the receipt, picture and other necessary documents to Discover cars, I was replied almost immediately by an agent, Chi. B. In their reply I was told it might take 5 business days to sort out my case, but my full refund was approved the next day.

No frills car and no hassles. Car had a few scrapes etc at pick up but no fuss made to record. No fuss made at drop off either . Was not full to full as contract so they gained a little fuel. Collection at airport was very efficient.
