Pros: Not much.

Cons: I left two online messages and one phone contact to upgrade the vehicle and no one contacted me throughout the 12 day hire. When we returned the car the company representative was definitely looking to find something wrong with the car and even referred the cleanliness of the seat mats in the front of the vehicle to his superior as a mechanism to charge us more money. I would certainly use DiscoverCars again but I would not use Surprice.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff on the whole.

Cons: The car had 133,000+KM on the clock and was clearly not the same as the newer cars they hire for their own customers. Further, there was no screen wash, and it was missing a rear windscreen wiper. We arrived in the dark, tired, so we didn't notice until it was needed. That was pretty disappointing, but also makes you question hw well the cars are.

Pros: They were friendly and polite and the price for the car was good. On returning the car I expected delays but they were very quick and we were only there around 15 minutes.

Cons: They tried to upsell insurance that I had already paid for, veiled threats of my 1000euro deposit being kept - quoted minimum of 255euro for a scratch. Told me tyres, windows, lights would be extra on top to the deposit I paid. Felt really worried about taking the car and when they brought it out - it was battered. There wasnt a single panel that didnt have a dent or scratch or damage, car seat was burnt with a cigarette, even the roof was dented. They encouraged us to take our own photos.

Pros: The car worked very well and easy to return.

Cons: The woman in the rental company was nice until we said no thankyou to their expensive insurance, because we already bourgt it throug Discovering car. She made us VERY uncomfortable, and said that your company would never help us. It was so uncomfortable that my 12 year old daughter started to cry afterwards. We will never use Surprise again. It was a bad start to our long waited holiday.

Pros: We had issues with the initial car rented, the car was swapped out however we had to go back to the Airport, the second car then had a engine management light and went in to limp home mode we swapped that one out and the rest of the rental week was good - I was happy with the communication during the issues and help provided at the time.

Cons: Unfortunately, we did have issues with two cars, the first one, the clutch was going on the first, the second went into limp home mode - the service of the cars could have been better.

Cons: The old Lancia Duster they gave me was a sorry excuse for an SUV. All doors had to be locked separately! Surprice gave me a car that was almost empty (Diesel). It was on the minimum of 2 bars and they said I could return it that way too. But how on earth am I supposed to measure that. A rental car is supposed to be full when you pick it up. And they urged me to take their insurance as well. They said for your insurance I would need police reports and other proof etc.
