Pros: There were enough staffs to help and car was clean.

Cons: They did not give me the car I had booked. I had booked RAV4 Hybrid and what I got was Corolla hybrid. They gave me 15% discount on daily rental but that doesn't cover the comfort.

Pros: The car provided met all our needs and was very comfortable. On our return the agent who received the car was helpful and friendly.

Cons: The car rental agent on the desk at Brisbane Airport was not approachable and was very impatient with us, with a low tolerance or understanding that we were jetlagged and needed some time to fully take onboard her instructions etc. Nobody showed us to the car, went through the basics of the car or inspected it with us.

Pros: Sixt were excellent , very helpful and the car was fantastic they even offered us a larger vehicle when we collected for no extra charge. Staff very helpful throughout and could return the car to a different destination than where we picked up which was perfect for our road trip.
