Pros: The car, a KIA Sportage was lovely to drive but had loads of sensors and alerts wich was annoying. But that is me, been sligtly old fashioned! The economy of the car was amazing too and having the revesing camera is a BIG plus :-)

Pros: The service was relatively quick which was really helpful.

Cons: The rental car was dirty outside with a dent and a number of scratches on it. I wasn't told about the dent and scratches until I queried this with the agent. He told me that I didn't to worry about the dent unless it was the size of a golf ball (it wasn't). It would have been helpful to have been told this before I walked away from the desk. I didn't want to find out later on that I was going to be charged for this as I was dropping it back to a different location.

Cons: Had to report unexpected scratches on car at pick up using "email photos only"; promised a mail within 30 minutes of drop off but it never came; no method of discussing this afterwards (an unacknowledged web form query was never replied to)
