Pros: Pick up and drop off very easy. Staff at the desk were friendly and helpful

Cons: The car was a bit dirty inside but not bad enough to make a big deal of it. There were more marks, dent's and scratches on the car that was marked on the paperwork but when we mentioned it they acknowledged them and there was no problems with drop off

Pros: Relatively easy and efficient check in and out.

Cons: The car had done quite a few miles and hadn't been maintained to a high standard. For example, it sounded like the brake pads needed replacing, the rubber on the windscreen wiper was hanging off and the windscreen washer bottle was empty on pick-up.

Pros: ok

Cons: The first car had not been topped with ad blue and needed a service. The engine light came on and we had to stop driving it. To get a new car i had to get a taxi into Brindisi to pick up a new rental which was time consuming and expensive. Overall i lost a whole day of my holiday. PLUS i had t pay a n amount o account before i could pick up e new renatal car

Cons: Quite a long time spent serving other customers so had to wait for a bit in a non air conditioned room in 40°
