Pros: Staff were lovely and working very hard. You need more staff, people at other car companies were dealt with much quicker, fewer renters same number of staff.

Pros: The agent who was a sweet lady was very welcoming ,friendly and very helpful! She guided us perfectly.

Cons: The gear of the car that was presented wasn’t working well and had a problem. This made it annoying and frustrating for me to drive during my trip. 👎🏼

Pros: Our flight was delayed over a couple of hours but they still stayed open for us & we will be forever thankful for that, the worry of landing in a foreign country, late at night, with a two year old & not being able to get to our hotel (which was over an hour away by car) was incredibly stressful but all the anxiety was relieved when we got to the rental desk & we were greeted with a smile, documents were exchanged & we were given a new car to use on our holiday.
