Pros: It was quick.
Cons: The service on the day was awful. As our flight was delayed, we were two hours late. Little did we know that meant Keddy, or rather, Europcar, had given our car away. I tried calling them from London twice but they didn't pick up the phone. We therefore had to pay and 200 odd quid for an upgrade we didn't want. The girl at the checkout was rude, arrogant and unapologetic. I obviously assumed they might track the flights given they are at the airport but obviously not.
