Customers arriving at Terminal 2D please proceed to the Terminal 2F Europcar office. The journey is about a 10-minute walk from CDG 2D to CDG 2F to reach our counter. It can also be achieved with the free shuttle, but may take longer. Terminal 1 remains open, no change.

Pros: No fuss when we returned the car

Cons: The desk in our terminal was closed (7pm) so we had to walk to a different terminal. We then had to wait for an hour because the desk was so busy/the queue was so slow. Also, there is no indication that Keddy is actually Europcar. Once we had collected the car everything was fine.

Pros: There was nothing that I liked about Keddy/Europe car rental. The person at the counter (Jordan) was rude, stupid and had no respect for paying customers. He often mocked another customer who reported a complication with his booking and often Jordan would turn to his colleague and say something to him in French which was mocking the other customer. All this time that he was mocking the other customer got me thinking what Jordan needs to know is that he dishes our car keys for a living.

Cons: I disliked everything about Keddy/Europe car rental. I will never rent a car from them again if this was the last place on earth to rent a car.
