Pick-up instructions
Call 1800 150 850, select option 1 and then option 2 to request shuttle transfer. Domestic Terminal – Exit the terminal, walk across the skywalk and go down travellator to B1/B2 on the ground floor. Wait here for the shuttle to collect you. International Terminal – proceed to the left end of the arrivals hall, exit the terminal, go down the ramp and follow the signs to the Bus and Coach area. Wait here for the shuttle to collect you. The last shuttle is 30 mins before closing.
Drop-off instructions
Once you have dropped off your JUCY vehicle at JUCY depot, just jump on the next shuttle bus to the airport. We recommend returning your vehicle at least 45 minutes before you need to be at the airport.
AFTER HOURS DROP OFF: Park your car along the green and purple fence to the left of our branch. Place the keys in return box located on the front of the building, in the right corner, past the windows. Vehicle must be returned clean and tidy as per the T&Cs. Shuttle service is not available outside office hours.

Pros: Politeness and helpfulness of staff. Great at Pickup and drop off.
Cons: Car cleanliness was great, but there were a few dents to the car but didn't detract from the driving experience.

Pros: Car a little old (130k+ km on the clock) with some scuffs and stains, but otherwise in good working order.
Cons: Very poor service at collection. Waited for around 40mins in the queue, only to be told the car hadnt yet been dropped off by previous customer. No apology, and told this was our fault as we were 15 mins earlier than our “estimated” time of arrival. We were told to come back in an hour and it “might” be ready. Fortunately managed to collect eventually, but did delay our afternoon plans. Drop off in Sydney fairly disorganised too, staff not particularly interested in helping and poor communican

Pros: Low cost car hire, cars are older and more worn, bumped and scraped, but we had no issues with the 2 cars over the course of the month.
Cons: No shuttle transport to/ from the airport for us, as we picked up a couple of days after our arrival and returned on a Saturday evening.
