Pros: The friendly and efficient attitude of the agent who dealt with me.
Cons: Unfortunately, we arrived a day early and tried to notify the company well in advance but couldn't get to speak to anyone at first and on two subsequent attempts, couldn't speak with anyone with English language capability. It transpired that there was not one single car of any kind available so we had to book an hotel for the night until our due collection time.
