Pros: Extremally efficient pick-up and drop-off. I've received keys within 10 minutes, and at the drop-off I just put keys into the box. Nice person at the desk, who didn't push their insurance but instead offered me other option that was actually useful. No issues with the service, I've used flex2go 5 times and never had any problems.

Cons: There were very slight issues with the car, i.e. seat tilt mechanism (to let passenger to the rear seat) didn't work, but let's be honest, this car was not meant to be used by more than 2 people at once :) As with most rentals, screenwash was extremally diluted and was topped up.

Pros: Nice and professional service.

Cons: A lot of paperwork, I waited half an hour for my turn before I was served, which is probably good for a company with a lot of customers, but not so good for tired passengers to have to wait so long.
