Cons: Waited a bit when arrived - the signs on the minibus could have been bigger so that can see quickly. Didn’t know where exactly to be picked up.

Pros: Our flight was late and they did at least wait for us if at a cost. Staff were nice and it was speedy with no pressure put on to purchase insurance for a change. Very new car much larger than ordered. Very quick on return. Would definitely use them next time.

Pros: No queues, easy transfers, friendly and helpful staff, great car in good condition, good value for money and free upgrade.

Cons: Slightly difficult to find drop off area and shuttle in Bari. Perhaps improve signage?
