Pros: Staff friendly, professional,time efficient, straightforward, polite.

Cons: 2 things. The location of shuttle bus stop is very unclear. Very frustrating to find it. If traveling with more bags it's impossible to get there hence why we booked a taxi to the location which cost us extra money as we were travelling with a baby and a lot of baby equipment. 2 - insurance/full cover. This was purchased at the booking where I upgraded the cover. At rental ,all paperwork stated no cover. So this is also unclear and should be showing the cover ,even if it's 3rd party provider.

Pros: The car was clean and worked efficiently and was provided with full petrol, as promised.

Cons: I was not told on booking that there would be a possible charge for not returning the car in a clean state. The meeting point for off-airport pickup was not very clearly communicated in initial paperwork and a phone call to the office was required.

Cons: I didn't get car I wanted (apparently this Felirent doesn't have that kind at all, although it is on the list) Directions on where to meet your agent

Pros: Very friendly and helpful

Cons: Simple, when car was being lifted all scratches and marks were being looked at which is rite but I thought some were a bit petty and a stone chip could have caused them. Just felt uncomfortable about driving it then. U alway have to allow for ware and tear of a vehicle.

Pros: Got an excellent specification car and found the Rep. extremely helpful.

Cons: They are off Airport and we were taken back to the Airport in their Mini Bus, this was only a problem as we had to walk from the other side of the car park and my husband has a problem with walking far.
