Pros: Super easy to pick up the car. No waiting time at all. We arrived via a train so went straight to the depot. Called ahead and all was ready. Dropping off took less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

Pros: Efficient and friendly service with no hard sell of additional insurance unlike others previously

Cons: Did try to charge for a minor scratch that was not there supposedly on pick up. Fortunately we had taken numerous pictures and a video of the car to prove it was scratched. Suddenly, all was ok and deposit released!!

Cons: Took a while for the shuttle bus to pick us up from the airport, but this wasn't a major issue.

Pros: Friendly service in english and helped us to fit the car seat which we had brought. Driver of the shuttle very helpful with loading all our cases.

Cons: Very minor inconvenience of collecting the car off airport but actually made returning the car and checking in for flight much easier - we were dropped off directly outside the departures door
