Pros: I personally didn’t we had come off an overnight flight and had no wifi and on booking the booking stated in terminal so we expected a booth no you have to WhatsApp and wait for an agent then all is done on the chairs then taken out to car and walked all over the place

Cons: I didn’t like that they say in terminal and aren’t in a booth The pick and drop off was hard work I would rather pay the extra for an actual in terminal collection I don’t love a 21 day wait for my deposit the are spending it letting it double on red haha

Pros: The drop off was quick and easy

Cons: The Meet and Greet service at pick was not smooth at all and probably one agent was looking after many customers during the busy time. There was considerable delay in meeting him, despite we informing them of our pick up time well in advance. Also was charged an additional 50 dirhams as airport car parking fee( which was never informed during booking from Discover Cars) . Although I took a full comprehensive insurance cover, the agent was advising for an additional cover for about 250 dirhams.

Pros: The agent in Drivus office tried to to do everything to provide a car for me. He used all resources to find a subtitute vehicle.

Pros: Car had a low pressure sign from the second we drove out of the airport till we dropped it off and we had the air checked numerous times otherwise car was really good spacious clean and a comfortable drive

Cons: Disgusting service told them we had to go to terminal 2 made us go to terminal 3 and then had to pay additional parking as terminal 2 was 20mins away and when we got to terminal final 2 the driver was not in uniform really away with the fairies and not helpful at all. Ended up having drivus initially stating they will refund parking fees now to oh you have to chase the main office they can't do anything honestly company has been rubbish with customer care would not recommend them at all

Cons: The car charging port and USB were not working when made most of my journeys boring because l couldn't connect my phone to play music. Am the navigator was also not working so l had buy a phone stand to used the navigation apps fir directions

Pros: They provided a car that drove

Cons: First car given had many issues and had a lot of damage all over. After highlighting to company they replaced after 2 days even after they said they will replace the next day. Messed up a lot of my plans as I waited around for then. The replacement car wasn't also that great but was better than the first. This also had damages. Also they only give 1/4 tank fuel. Difficult to return on same level. Also, as this company does not have a base at the airport it is difficult to communicate.

Pros: Overall the pick up and drop off were pretty easy although I had to find the correct car park when picking up the car. That said, the process was still quite easy and I had an upgrade on the car (it was almost new!) which helped a great deal

Cons: There was a slight anomaly on the amount I had to pay (could have been due to the XR). And when dropping the car off I tried communicating ahead of time but then was told to arrange with another colleague. It wasn't an issue in the end as he met me at the airport drop off which was super convenient.

Pros: Nafees are as messaging on WhatsApp non-stop to make sure I knew where to collect the car from with ease. Yasmin gave me the option and walked around with me with the cars available.

Cons: You have to wait 21 working days before deposit is returned but I guess that’s just normal. I’m hoping I won’t run in to any issues.

Pros: It is a great bunnies model, however the communication about where to collect the car should be better. If I had no wifi or data on then the drivers wouldn’t have been able to contact me. This should be a clear requirement to tell customers so they expect communication at the arrival.
