Cons: The whole team were friendly and the reception was welcoming with comfortable seating and refreshments if wanted. The shuttle bus drivers were welcoming and professional.

Pros: Upgraded car was provided. Staff at both centres were friendly and welcoming. I felt valued. Both pick up and drop off service centres were considerably better than Europcar we used in Dublin Airport . My "ease of finding" ratings relates to the Edinburgh pick up. Heathrow was very easy to find.
Cons: The pick up area, Bus Bay 1, from Edinburgh Airport is not clearly marked inside and outside the terminal. Terminal staff did not know how to help me except direct me to car hire centre. A Sixt car representative actually phoned your office for me, as my international roaming failed to initiate. The pick up has no under cover waiting area. It was very windy and cold. The transfer Bus took a considerable time. Approximately 20 minutes after calling the company.
Pros: We had a smooth pickup and dropoff, and also AC gave us a free upgrade.
Cons: Nothing.
