Pros: Nice and helpful staff

Cons: I'd recommend booking directly with the company as the rate we received didn't include 3rd party insurance sp we were charged alot higher once we got to the office Not enough staff as took a while to pick up and drop off, they get distracted with calls etc Rep at the airport was hard to find at the airport so took us a while to find him

Pros: The car worked. WiFi Movistar.

Cons: Not efficient to find rep at airport. Waited to be taken to outlet. Over selling of collision waver. Costa Rica is a safe country and the driving is good. What was ppt charge? Car was quite damaged and from grill broken and missing pieces. Charge for bringing the car back dirty. You need to up your game.
