Pros: Everything was so easy

Cons: There was a 400 euro deposit at the start of the rental which we weren't expecting. we did get i back but that was a chunk of our holiday money gone on an unexpected deposit.

Pros: Offered a cheap upgrade and the vehicle was perfect for our journey.

Cons: Would have been good if some of the Croatia specific highway rules had been reenmentioned when collecting the car.

Pros: The agent was very helpful and highlighted all major useful points before handing over the keys. He was there at the airport to receive the car. As the car was returned without any new issue, he was happy and expressed that I looked after the vehicle very well. Also, I rented for VW Polo or similar but I had VW T-more, almost new, a great spacious car.
