Once you have collected your luggage, please call 1300 729 230 (for international customers call 0061 3 6165 0838) and follow the prompts for shuttle bus pick up. Please exit the terminal, turn left and make your way to the “coach pick up area” located on the left side of the International Arrivals gate. Please allow up to 20 minutes for shuttle to arrive.

Free Shulle Bus. Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call 07 5586 6900, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up. Once outside, turn left and walk towards the Bus & Coach Transit Area. Once in the Shuttle bus area, look for the Purple Bus. Our Shuttle Bus can take up to 9 people at once. If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. If a customer cannot be contacted by Alpha or does not complete their express check-in before branch closure the customer will not be able to pick up the car and will need to collect it the following day or once the branch opens. Please make sure for any after-hours Sydney bookings you are providing Alpha with customer's phone and email as otherwise, you’ll need to take responsibility for the booking yourself.

The shuttle service operates from the transport collection area at the north end of the Coolangatta Airport. Please call when you have collected your bags. Customers arriving or returning afterhours must make their own way to collect their pre-arranged car. Ubers or taxis are readily available and it is approximately a 10 minute journey. The $60 fee they are charged for afterhours pickups/returns is for processing only, they are responsible for their own transport.
