Pros: Easy drop off. Good communication once we had the right number.
Cons: It was not wheego. Terrible communication at pickup and misinformation by discover cars. There was not rental office at the port. And the drop off was not directly at the airport either.

Cons: Found with speaking to locals on arrival that car rental office had changed location over a year ago and not updated their records. Unable to get through to anyone on the phone resulting in having to hire a car with another company on arrival

Pros: Nothing and would never rent again from this company
Cons: It was the worst experience ever. Firstly, the voucher said to pick up the car in the rental place and when we arrived, it didn’t existed! It took us 1 hour to communicate with the person in charge of wheego and he asked to meet next to a supermarket on an abandoned parking lot. After 1 hour under the sun at 34 degrees, he made us pay extra saying the insurance of Discover cars is not their insurance and that if we don’t pay we had to give them 700euros to a bank account. Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 700.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
