Pros: Easy to book
Cons: Car rental stated 4pm return for the key, when we left the key in a box, noone was there. Would have been easier to drop it off right before the flight and enjoy staying at the hotel, instead of waiting at the airport

Cons: The online booking process didn’t seem to show all the rental options. We also were given a Corolla Cross instead of a Corolla with no explanation. I assume it was an upgrade, but it would have been nice to have some communication of why we were given that vehicle.

Pros: My car was ready when promised, the agent was very personable, pick up and return were very easy.
Cons: The rental was a bit more pricey than I'm used to, but it could be due to scarcity of rental vehicles at Yulara.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Drivers over the age of 75 must present a doctor's certificate of health.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English. For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form. Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
