Pros: the person who we mentioned that the carpet stunk to did try to help us out but couldn't do too much as we had booked through a third-party

Cons: It was difficult to get in touch with someone who could help us with the issue of the smell of the car.

Pros: Fast and efficient

Cons: The car was in excellent mechanical condition, but had quite a few minor scratches on the exterior. Would recommend taking a video all the way around the car before driving in case of any disputes around damage. Other than that, the service was great!
