Tbilisicars at Kutaisi Airport

Cons: Car was i bad condition, full of scratches, smelled of cigarettes. I could not pay with credit card nad had to put deposit in cash. At the end they wanted to blame me for scratch at the front window. When i showed them my own picture of a car at the time of pick-up, they were rude and starting to behave dangerously. Drop-off office is not at the airport, but 1km away. Driver was driving way above speed limit on the way back to the airport. Me, my wife and two children did not feel safe.

Pros: Communication and fast pick up/drop off was excellent.

Pros: Tato was helpful, everything was OK. Contacted me before arriving. Available at night.

Cons: - It was not possible to pay anything by credit card. Cash only. - We could not get in touch by phone after the flight. We were supposed to call or write via whatsapp, but the wi-fi didn't work at the airport. I would have appreciated it if someone had been waiting for us at the airport, but nobody from Tbilisicar was there. - Even though we clearly stated that we would bring the car back at 9 o'clock in order to be at the airport on time, no one from Tbilisicars was there. They arrived 9:45

Pros: The deposit was only 100 euros, and there were no issues with its return. The car had good power

Cons: The car was in a condition far from good. It had a lot of dents, several warning lights on, and it wasn’t completely clean, plus the left mirror was from a different car and visibility was poor

Pros: Not very much, the price was not to bad but car in danger condition.

Cons: They are danger. On the front there were two different tyres, both distroyed, never should be used anymore. Third type on the rear axis. When collecting car out in the airport at night not enought light to see car condition or take pictures, there were hundrets of scrathes and dents on the car and you have to argue you did not do any as pictures due to darkness poor quality. I did not get the car I have ordered. Bevare of speed indicator , our was in miles, nobody inform us.

Cons: There was offer of wifi router, they don´t have wifi router in their offer - but we get discount of that wifi router price. We had issues with windscreen wiper on the driver side - we had to fix it few times, suddenly it went off for good, luckily there was no strong rain on the way to the airport.

Cons: - although we booked the car and arrived at the end of 20 minutes later than planned collection, the car was not ready so we had to wait another 30 minutes - no possibility to pay by card (we were forced to pay by cash out with almost all cash we took with us - can't imagine how would it go if we wouldn't have the cash) - car in terrible condition, scratched everywhere, the bumper was already after at least one collisioin, rear lights not working, air conditioning stopped working after 3 days

Cons: They do not provide any official documents, all payments they take by cash because as they explain of bank updates. I was charged for a scratch, but they did not provide any invoice and damage report. I had a full coverage insurance but have no any documents to present to Discovercars for reinbursment.

Pros: Nothing, next time in Georgia we definitely will choose a different company.

Cons: We were given a Mitsubishi Sport Outlander with over 160,000km on it. We had to pay cash (!). The tire problems not covered, so when we got a flat tire, we bought another tire, but when we gave back the car, they said it was not good enough and deducted 50 EUR from the deposit, and promised a bill by email, but we did not get anything.

Pros: We managed to communicate and took the car for the weekend, performed the service, repaired the water leak from the cabin cooling system.

Cons: Tbilisicars employee took us by car from the airport. While driving, a bearing (or other part) was terribly roaring. But they told me that the mechanic confirmed that you could ride with it. They don't have the Subaru XV at all, but have it in their offer - it's cheating. The water from the heater leaked to the passenger shoes. Cabin cooling system was damaged.

Pros: Easy Check-in/Check-out. Professional and friendly staff. Totally will return again.

Cons: No card payment possible, pretending to have a broken terminal. Ten days later the same. We were asked to clean the car before returning, otherwise charged.

Cons: The agent (Tato) who was supposed to meet me at the airport came 2 hours late, stopped responding to calls and msgs. I had to reach the head office number and they gave me another contact who was proactive and came within 10mins of the call.

Pros: The pickup and availability of the personnel. They were gentle to explain and suggest us something to visit about Georgia. The pickup at the airport was fine. When we talk with them, we didn't realize that the washing of the car was not included, so we would have had to pay 15€ to them or do it with ourselves before the car delivery. This point was not declared in the rental, so that in the end, because of all other problems, we were a bit disappointed.

Cons: The car conditions, definitely. - The car was full of external "small damages" (including the front glass with some holes); - One headlight was broken; - The tires where "standard one" and not for winter as reserved online; - The fuel light was faulty; - The company didn't release us any invoice or piece of paper that justify our payment (only the car booklet); - a full insurance in-situ to avoid the deposit (100€) was not possible (so for any problems we have to call the police).

Pros: Everything was OK. Good car, nice people. Location 4 min driving from airport, they take you with the car and at the end they drive you back to the airport for free.

Cons: my experience was very disappointing and disrespectful. I arrived at the airport and had to wait for 1.5 hours for the car to be delivered. When I asked how much longer it would take, he responded by threatening to cancel my reservation without a refund, even though I had paid in advance. Additionally, he charged me for an extra day without any valid reason. finally he handed over to me different car and its was not even wash with a lot of dust.
