Pros: They were waiting for us at the airport with the car. We told them the time o the drop off and they were alreay there waiting for us. Very easy and efficient.

Cons: One of the tire of the vehicle got flat and in the trunk there we're not tools to change the tire. Therefore, we had to wait more than two hours on the highway for a guy from the company to come with a new tire.

Pros: They advised me about everything, checked if we are ok on the road, gave us better advice. They were very helpful and always on demand.

Cons: Maybe that Discover cars provides different type of a full coverage, that is not enough for Georgia possible accidents. So indeed we had 2 full coverages and paid too much.

As we can understand from the drive , the car was in absolute need of total sefvice. I would suggest to have more professional behaviour when it comes to tourists

Cons: Warning! The ABS system in the car was not working. The rental company didn't tell us this, we had to discover it on the road. It was a dangerous situation. Young drivers no longer know how to brake without ABS. When we handed the car in, we told the driver, but he didn't feel it was a problem.

Cons: There were some problems with baby seat - this part wasn,t in proper technical condition. Also few of the indicators were always on which is not a good sing for technical condicion of car. The rest was all right.

Pros: Great WhatsApp support

Cons: Car with a lot of damages, wobbling when breaking, weak automatic transmission. Picking up the car next to a forest outside of the airport in the total darkness. Employee was angry on me because of the flight delay. Had to put credit card details on the paper to finish the rental checkout which is totally unsafe. Employee doesn't want me to put all the damages on the papers and yet, when returning it, try to put one of the damages on me. He lied that I need to clean the car before returning.

Cons: The car I rented was terrible condition: the smell in the car was really bad - felt like I took it from the farmer, not rental company; the engine made strange noises all the time; the chassis was wobbling so much that I felt like it can brake every second. While riding on the highway rear bumper just assembled from both sides (no contact, nothing - just got off), so needed to stop and fix with a tape. The worst car I've ever rented, probably the worst condition I've ever driven.

Cons: The car provided looks like need more maintenance before hand over to customer. I feel little bit uncomfortable while driving due to some abnormal sound from the wheel. This is very important thing for passenger as safety reason.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 300.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher. A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
Deposit and deductible policy
In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, Winter tires, Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


During winter season (from 01.12 until 01.03) Winter tires are included in price.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are mandatory in icy/snowy conditions from 01.12 to 01.03.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 4 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund. If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
