Pros: The price was competitive and, with a little bit of effort, the pick-up worked.
Cons: Hauling baggage to the Viscount and being dropped back to Viscount.
Pros: My initial impression was good. Efficient and friendly service. My car has a fault unfortunately, but this was dealt with immediately and without any delay or discussion, I simply took back the car and was given another instantly (whole transaction took 5 minutes :)
Cons: The instructions for finding the centre if you do not use the airport shuttle could be more clear. As is in a building that looks to be only a hotel
Pros: The driver who eventually collected us was a very cheery vibrant young man
Cons: The communication with this company is awful. It wasn’t made clear who the company collecting us was and no representative called out my name. We waited 50 mins at the Collection point before being taken to the rental office. Then on return there was a small windscreen chip which could have easily been fixed but I was charged £1090.22 without a word or any communication from the company. Then when I called I felt as if I was doing something wrong!
Pros: Fast delivery, and good price
Cons: A tad difficult to find the office and the child seats were rather average.
Pros: The staff were fabulous and efficient! Would highly recommend their service.
Rental Conditions

Mileage is limited to 200 km per day, with a maximum of 3000 km per rental.
The cost for additional mileage (mileage extension) depends on the vehicle type.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A local renter must possess a full (G) driver's licence.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher. Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
Mileage limitations will apply when the car is to be used for crossing state borders.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Written permission from the rental company is required.
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.

The price for fuel is refundable.

If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
