Pros: There was not a single positive aspect of this experience. Start vetting the agencies you advertise

Cons: Their service is a scam. They have a record of claiming damages on their cars. We rented the car damaged, they are not using the money for car repairs. It is clear that if you have insurance they will take advantage if you to justify theft.
