Pros: Efficient and helpful.

Pros: Very convenient and easy to pick up from the gate of the port

Pros: Booking was easy, finding the car was very difficult, the Skarent advent was very helpful finding the car which took 30 minutes, this was very stressful. The car was half full of fuel when we collected the car. Everything else was great

Cons: Employees at this SKARENT car rental need to be trained to be more helpful and swear less. Even if they know that the customers do not speak Italian, well, some of them do understand what PORCA PUTANA means when Skarent Employee is yelling that to the customers face.

Cons: The windshield wiper was broken with the plastic straps detached from the wiper. As we encountered a stormy raining day, we needed to find service repair shop to buy the parts for renewal.

Cons: €1000 was debited from our card, when we believed it was only a Holding surety. Drop off was a problem. No representative was available for pickup of vehicle. We nearly missed our ongoing connection.

Cons: Not returning my $977 deposit. No accidents, no scratches, gas was more than what we got the car with.

Cons: The security deposit was charged in my credit card. I tried contact with discover rental and nothing happened.

Cons: Not clear where to pick up car, and once doing so at night very poor visibility. Additionally, after more than 30 days my deposit has not been refunded!!

Cons: I did not get my security deposit back, despite being reassured I’d get it back in 5 days!! I was encouraged to leave a deposit of €300 which was never returned! On website it’s impossible to contact anyone - you need to file a claim for which you have to upload documents like signed agreement and bank statement, and the website doesn’t let you upload it making it impossible to file the claim !! Thiefs!!

Cons: Security deposit is withdrawn not just blocked, but it was refunded after a couple weeks, so no problem. Clearer communication would avoid any concern about it.

Cons: They wanted 900€ insurance fee and we already had car insured. That was not ok.

Pros: The service was excellent the agent was very helpful and although I was delayed till the evening delivered the car with no extra hassle I would definitely recommend renting from Skarent as it made our trip to Sicily stress free

Cons: What I didn't like is that since we did not take the fully comprehensive insurance with them, they have taken from my account €900. They told me that I will have them in a weeks time. Hope that I will have them at least after a week. :(

Cons: I was told that I will get a receipt which I didn’t, the car we got was bashed up all along the doors of the right side and not a penny was deducted. There was no office, just a guy along the road.

Pros: Although the car I was given was slightly inferior to the one I booked, it was nonetheless in excellent condition and clean. The representative met me at the port (Pozzallo) with the car since their office is far away at no extra cost.

Cons: The car was slightly inferior to the one I had booked (they said the one I booked was not available). However, it was similar enough so this did not impact my experience substantially (though, for fairness, I have still asked to have the difference in cost refunded)

Cons: In email sent following booking it was indicated that car would be new - car had a mileage of 120000 and above (although mileage had been indicated as unlimited), one seat (the single one near sliding door) was held by a tieclip which was dangerous and on the last day no one met us - key was left with parker as instructed by company. We asked for full fuel tank but was given a half full tank.

Pros: The van was good but the air conditioning was not working properly. It was very low and need maintenance.

Cons: The rental price was too expensive. When I check other companies I saw. Picking up the car was really difficult because the person was waiting out of the port. Also he was not know English.
